To access the full functionality of the PDP Report and Plan Form as linked below, including the ability to electronically complete and submit, it is strongly recommended that you have Adobe Reader 7 or higher installed on your computer. To download the latest free version, please click here.

Please note that in January 2007 you are required to present only your PDP Report Form for 2006 PD activities. Submission of the PD Plan Form is optional. PD Planning is still an important element of the Program and Members are expected to have a PD plan, but it need not be submitted to PEGNL.

The above mentioned PDP Report Form should be completed in accordance with the current Professional Development Guidelines.

Professional Development Hours (PDH's) will be re-introduced and used in reporting for 2007 and subsequent years.
