Board of Directors Holds its First Meeting
The first meeting of the new PEGNL Board of Directors was held in late October and this article includes information on proposed new bylaws, regulations and disciplinary adjudication.
Permit
Holders are Required to Carry Professional Liability Insurance
Under the new Act, there is a requirement for Permit Holders to carry professional liability insurance. Details are outlined here.
