Environment Committee Seeks Nominations for Environment Award

The Environment Committee is seeking nominations for the Environment Award which recognizes the application of science, technology and engineering to human and resource environmental management in Newfoundland and Labrador. 

The purpose of the award is to emphasize the use of science, technology, and modern organization techniques by the professions and others to protect and enhance the environment in Newfoundland and Labrador. 

All Newfoundland and Labrador organizations and individuals practicing engineering and geoscience are eligible to be considered for this award.

Nominations for the award may come from a group or individual in the general public in association with a PEGNL member and/or firm.

All nominations should be sent by April 30, 2009 to lwhite@pegnl.ca.
