PEGNL Seeks Volunteers

We need your help!

PEGNL needs new volunteers to conduct mid-term interviews for Engineers and Geoscientists-in-Training [EITs and GITs]. Interviews are generally arranged between March and October each year.

Volunteers need only half-a-day, once a year, to interview an EIT or GIT.

Interviewers need to have two or more years of experience, after receiving professional status. Further information on the interview process is available upon request.

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) may be claimed for preparation time and interview time, in line with the 2007 Professional Development Program.

A real need exists for members from all parts of the province to participate in this process. Any member interested in volunteering their services is asked to contact Joan Fillier at jfillier@pegnl.ca or call 753-7714.
